  • Dear Skin is a South African-based skincare brand offering Korean-inspired, science-backed products.

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on www.dearskin.co.za.

2. Orders & Payments

2.1. Placing an Order

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed successfully.

2.2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT (if applicable).

  • We accept credit/debit cards, EFT, PayFast, and PayPal for online purchases.

  • If payment is not received within 24 hours, the order may be canceled.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver nationwide for R70 standard shipping and free for orders over R550).

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays but will assist if any issues arise.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1. Can I Return a Product?

  • Yes! You can return unopened, unused products within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 48 hours with clear photos, and we’ll replace it.

  • Sale items and opened skincare products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

4.2. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty.
