Shipping policy

We only deliver nationwide shipping.

Standard delivery fee: R70 per order.

Free shipping: Orders over R550 qualify for free delivery.

Customers can choose between door-to-door delivery or locker collection.

If our courier company is unavailable or experiencing delays, we will use another one as an alternative to ensure timely delivery.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery takes approximately 3-7 business days, depending on location.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

We only deliver within South Africa.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@dearskin.co.za within 48 hours.

Claims for lost parcels must be made within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
