At Dear Skin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. We do not accept returns on:
- Opened, used, or damaged products (unless faulty upon arrival).
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer.
- Gift cards and digital products.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email info@dearskin.co.za with:
- Your order number.
- The reason for return.
- Clear photos of the product (if it arrived damaged or defective).
Our support team will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty upon delivery. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Dear Skin is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
